This policy explains how TechMARK (“we”, “us”) handles information collected through the BitBuy ERP website. It does not cover the data you store inside the BitBuy ERP software, which is governed by your service agreement with us.

When you request a demo, apply as a partner or contact us, we collect the details you enter: name, mobile number, email, business name, city and your message. If analytics are enabled, we also collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your request, arrange a demo, share a quote, and support you as a customer or partner. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Your details are stored with our email and CRM providers so our team can contact you. If you chat with us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms also apply. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel to understand which pages help visitors. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete them.
